Chemsex Recovery: Epiphany Phase

"Eyes opening to new parts of yourself, realizing what has truly been driving you, seeing the world in a new way."

Hey y'all,

Welcome to Part 2 of the 12-Week Upward Spiral series. If you read Part 1, you know we started with the Honeymoon Phase—those first three weeks of electric resolve and dangerous optimism. If you're living it right now, I hope you followed the strategy and built your systems while you had the energy.

Because now we're entering different territory.

Right around week four, something shifts.

It's subtle at first.

You might not even notice it happening.

But if you pay attention, you'll realize that the initial excitement of recovery has settled into something quieter and far more powerful.

You're starting to see.

Not just your addiction.

You're seeing yourself—the parts of you that existed before the meth, the parts that drove you to it, the parts you've been running from your entire adult life.

And what you find might shake you to your foundation.

This is the Epiphany Phase.

And it's simultaneously the most beautiful and the most dangerous phase in your first 90 days—not because it'll make you relapse, but because it can crack you open in ways you're not prepared for if nobody warns you what's coming.

Consider this your warning.

I help men who have sex with men break free from the addictive patterns of chemsex and become their best and highest selves. Our group coaching, Recovery Alchemy, is a 12-week, intense program that can literally change your life. We are always accepting new clients. Apply Here.

There are episodes I record that feel like I'm stepping into territory most people wouldn't touch with a ten-foot pole. This is one of them. If you've spent any time in chemsex, you know what can happen in those rooms. You know what gets passed around on flash drives. You know what gets watched. And if you're now in recovery — or even just beginning to question your use — there's a good chanc...
