HOLIDAY HEALING

The Methfree Blueprint | Dr. Dallas Bragg

This year can be different.

The holidays ask a lot of a family that's been through addiction. The same table, the same people, the same old arguments waiting in the same chairs.

Holiday Healing is a three-month small-group coaching program, November through January, for the person in recovery or active use and the people who love them. You learn together. You practice together. You walk into each holiday with a plan.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This program is for you if:

  • Someone you love is in recovery, or still using, and you're dreading the holidays
  • You're in recovery and worried about the pressure, the triggers, and the expectations of family time
  • You're a couple trying to rebuild trust after substance use broke it
  • Every holiday seems to end in the same fight, the same silence, or the same slammed door
  • You love each other and don't know how to talk to each other anymore

Parents, partners, siblings, adult children, and chosen family are all welcome. LGBTQ+ families are welcome here.

WHAT CHANGES

Five things you'll take home

1 - Feel less alone. You'll sit with other families who understand this from the inside. No one has to explain why the holidays are hard.

2 - Learn to communicate without the blowups. Practical communication skills and nervous-system regulation tools that bring the temperature down when stress goes up.

3 - See each other through a new lens. Addiction changes how families see each other. You'll get to know each other again, as the people you are now.

4 - Stop repeating the past. Notice the old patterns that show up every December, and replace them with new seasonal traditions that support your family's wellness.

5 - Get support built around your family. Group learning plus individual coaching, so the work fits your situation.
